EBSCO now provides two methods for mobile device access to their EBSCOhost databases.
OPTION 1: Mobile-friendly URL
For any mobile device, use EBSCOhost's mobile friendly URL:

OPTION 2: EBSCOhost App
The EBSCOhost app for iPhone/iPod Touch/iPad and Android is available for download. After downloading the app, it must be authenticated from the EBSCOhost or EBSCO Discovery Service interface.
To authenticate the EBSCOhost app:
1. From the LPC Library homepage, log into any EBSCOhost database such as Academic Search Premier, MasterFILE Premier, etc.
2. Click the Application link at the bottom of the page and enter your email address. An email with an authentication key is sent to you.
3. Access the email from your device and click the link found in the email to authenticate the application.
You have 24 hours to access the key from your device to authenticate the app. If the key is not used within 24 hours, it expires and you will need a new key.
Notes:
Once it is authenticated, the app can be used for nine months, after which you must send yourself a new authentication key from the EBSCOhost interface.
The app is authenticated to the profile from which you emailed yourself the authentication key. To access a different profile from the app, click the link from within the new profile and complete the authentication steps.
While the vendor is making attempts to reach mobile users with these new access points there are still some problems. One of the known issues is that users cannot view any ebook content easily. The best way to view the ebooks is to use a regular browser.
As always, off-campus access to EBSCOhost databases requires logging in with a valid W# and library password.
